Looking after your babies and children

This can lead to functional tightness in the connective tissue of the baby as it tries to adapt to the outside world. If not addressed there is some evidence that this can lead to common problems in baby’s and infants, such as:
Altered sleep patterns
Colic
Irritability
Constipation
Feeding difficulties
As children develop there is often an increased strain placed on the muscle and skeleton system. This is even more pronounced if the child is active or sporty or when children go through growth spurts.

To achieve our sporting goals it is often necessary to walk the tight rope between physical progression and physical breakdown.
